When you use an empathy mindset, you will be better adapted to answer questions and overcome objections.
Just put yourself into the shoes of the prospect to understand their position and then ask yourself, “Why do I need this home based MLM business?”
Now, when you approach the prospect, you can talk with them at their level.
Ultimate Recruiting Mindset Tip #2: Have An Open Mind To New Technologies And Strategies
As time flies by, technology evolves.
I remember when MLM rebels began using the internet to recruit. Network marketing “old timers” were so against this. They would go so far to threaten recruits who even mentioned internet prospecting.
Now, many of those “die-hard” belly to belly MLM superstars have changed their opinion and use the worldwide web to recruit.
By having an open mind to new strategies and technologies. By testing them and seeing the possibilities, you can find new and easier ways to grow your business.

If a person gave you the time to listen to your presentation and just needed time to think. If you called them and they were busy and you persistently told them you would call back. And if a prospect said now isn’t good, but you can check back…
Each of these people deserve the respect that you follow up with them.
Now I know that the life of a MLM business owner can be chaotic at times… So here is the best way to ensure you have that follow up attentive mindset; buy a day planner and use it. When you say you will get back with them, write that in on the day and time.
Check your planner daily and you will be follow up attentive.

If you don’t think you can, you probably won’t!
If you think you can, you probably will!
Ultimate Recruiting Mindset Tip #5: Listener
Believe it or not, if you allow prospects to talk, they will tell you why they need the opportunity you are providing.
Someone once said that we were given 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason; we should listen twice as much as we talk.
When it comes to MLM recruiting, it is my opinion you should let the prospect talk about 70% of the time and you talk about 30%.
By doing so, you show the prospect you care enough to listen and you are not a high pressure person.
