This by far is the top way to inspire and motivate your downline. No matter how much you speak, they are watching your actions. If you want your team members prospecting at least 6 hours per week, you should be prospecting at least 8 hours or more per week.

Remember this, your downline will mimic you. It all goes back to duplication. So give them something good to duplicate.

#2: Inspire And Motivate Your Downline: Don’t Be A Boss… Be A Friend

One of the main reasons people start a home based business is to have more freedom. They are tired of working under a boss and making someone else rich. So how do you think it will go over if you start treating them as if you are their boss?

What they actually need is a friend… A confidant.

This is a great way to fire up your whole team. Just offer a weekly call in conference call where you discuss various training substance. And allow your team members to ask questions.

You could run a contest like: whoever signs up the most recruits this month will get 15 leads, 2^nd will get 10 leads and 3^rd gets 5 leads.
