A personal website is a great way to generate leads. Build the site around a niche area that your MLM business has products in. If it is:
- Sports nutrition, you could build a site around exercise.
- Security, you could build a site around common scams
- Etc…
Just don’t mention the network marketing company you are attached to. You can tell readers you are partnered with a company that can help them reach their (niche) goals. Tell them if they want to learn more, provide their name and contact info.
Boom, you have a lead!
Generating Better Network Marketing Leads Tip #2: Social Media Groups And Communities
Sharing in social media is a great way to show your expertise. Do not spam your business! Just share and when you get questions or likes, you can approach those people. They would be considered leads.
I suggest joining or even starting groups or communities where your target market is.
That is a great way to get targeted leads.
Generating Better Network Marketing Leads Tip #3: Always Ask For Referrals
Whenever you talk to someone, just simply ask that person if they know anyone who is interested in adding to their income, or who are looking for the types of products you offer through your network marketing business.
Most people will know at least 1 person.
Keep a notebook to note the names and contact information of referrals.

Having a simple elevator signature on all emails you send can generate leads you probably would have never thought as potential leads.
You could put something like: Manage your weight while making extra money – Ask me how.
By having this on every email you send, you WILL get leads.
Generating Better Network Marketing Leads Tip #5: Forums And Chat Rooms
Just like #4, I suggest you create a similar signature for any forums or chat rooms you are a member of. It need not even pertain to the niche you are in.
Again, you may get contacted by people you would never assume to be interested in your opportunity. And it only takes a few minutes to develop a signature so whenever you post, it will be the final line showing you as an expert.
Generating Better Network Marketing Leads Tip #6: Business Cards
While there is some investment, creating some exciting business cards is not expensive and gives you a way to tempt people to call you or visit your website/blog.
Sometimes a casual conversation can lead you to just hand that person your card.
Some will get put on a back-burner, but some people will become leads quickly as they look at your cool card and want to know more.
